  2. Add onion, salt and curd. Mix it properly.
  3. If it is thik add less amount of water..
  4. Batter should not be so watery it must be in pouring consistancy only.
  5. Take an appam pan add some oil in every hole and let it be heat up little add mustard seeds in each.
  6. Pour batter in each let it be cook both side till golden brown..
  7. Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
  8. Your appam is ready to serve
