The ingredients needed to make Onion Pakora:
  1. Make ready 4 Onions finely chopped
  2. Get 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  3. Take 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons of rice flour
  4. Get 1 Cup gram flour (Besan)
  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. Take Salt as per taste
  7. Take Oil for deep frying
  8. Get Water as required to prepare the batter for Pakora
  9. Get Garnishing: 1 Capsicum slices fried, green chillies fried
  10. Prepare 1 Tomato πŸ… slices fried

They require a few components: the pakora chutney, the pakora batter, and the fry. Pakora Chutney - The chutney I've shared with this recipe is far from complicated. It is a deliciously modern ketchup chutney; simply mix together ketchup, water, chaat masala, some sugar, and salt, and you. The water released from sliced onion will be sufficient to coat onion with the mixture.

Steps to make Onion Pakora:
  1. Take a Kadhai and first place it on the gas stove. Pour refined oil for deep frying. Let the oil boil. Keep it on medium flame.
  2. In the mean time prepare the Pakora batter. Take a mixing Bowl pour there gram flour, add there turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it properly and add little…. little water and make a batter. The batter must not be too thick and runny. It should be in medium constancy.
  3. Now add chopped onions to the batter and mix it properly. Now start making pakora. Pour it by your βœ‹ hand into the oil. Allow it to fry. The flame should be in Medium. If one side done then flip it to other side. At a time you can make many.
  4. Next again once more batter to make Pakora according to the quantity.
  5. Now for decoration I have used Capsicum slices, green chillies, tomato πŸ… slices. Just coat some gram flour batter and deep fry it on oil for 2 mins and bring it out. It is totally optional.
  6. Then enjoy it with Tea or coffee β˜•.
