  4. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, grated carrots, coriander to spread the toppings on the uttapam. Now sprinkle ginger powder, chaat masala and salt. Press it lightly.
  5. Cover it with lid and cook for 6-8 minut on a low flame. flip it over and cook it without covering.
  6. Serve uttapam with coconut chutney.
