  6. Take 4-5 garlic cloves
  7. Get 5 pieces Tamrind (remove it's seeds)
  8. Take Tempering:
  9. Take 1 tsp Panch furan
  10. Make ready 1 pinch urad dal (dhuli)
  11. Take 5 Tablespoon water
  12. Take 2 Teaspoon Mustard Oil
  13. Get 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  14. Prepare As needed curry leaves
  15. Get To taste Dry roasted Masala
  16. Take 1 teaspoon Coriander (Sabut) whole
  17. Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds whole
  18. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  19. Make ready 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds whole
  20. Make ready 4 Red chili (dry) remove it's seeds after roasting

Add tomato paste, paprika, cumin, sugar, salt and garlic paste. It's thick, has a dark caramel color and a sticky jam-like consistency.

Instructions to make Onion Chutney:
  1. First take a Kadhai and place it on the gas. Turn on the flame then add Oil. When it starts smoke 🔥 then add garlic and saute it for few seconds, then add Chopped Onions. Saute it till it's turn it colour to translucent.
  2. Then add tamarind to it and saute it for 1 mins. Then add little water 💦 to it.
  3. Now place another kadhai and roast all dry masala like Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Fennel seeds. After roasting all at last add red chilli and roast it for few seconds and turn off the flame.
  4. Wait the masala to cool it completely. Now take a mixi jar and grind all cooked masala and dry masala and add salt to it and grind it properly to make a smooth paste.
  5. Tempering: take a Kadhai add oil. When oil start smoking then add panch furan, urad dal, curry leaves. Wait for it to cracks. Then add kashmiri red chilli powder. Then add all grinded masala to it, add little more water to it and cook it in Medium flame for 5 mins. Till it's all water 💦 evaporate.
  6. Cool it completely and serve. You can store it also.
