Nutrella paratha is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. Nutrella paratha is something that I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have nutrella paratha using 7 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Nutrella paratha:
  1. Prepare 1 bowl Wheat flour or all purpose flour (maida)
  2. Take 1 small bowl Nutrella
  3. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 2 onions
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Lemon
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp Mango powder (aamchur)
  7. Prepare As required Oil as per need

If you want to make more, just increase the ingredients accordingly. Now take a piece and make it round and flat with the help of your hand. Now press the middle portion of the flat paratha with the help of a spoon to give it a pocket kind of a shape. For Nutella paratha: Roll out small ball dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin and set aside.

Instructions to make Nutrella paratha:
  1. Knead the flour(maida) or you can also use wheat flour as per ur choice in a bowl and keep it aside for at least 15 min. Add salt and chilli according to ur need in the flour.
  2. Grind the onion in a mixer.
  3. Boil the Nutella (soya chunks) in a cooker. Remove the water by squeezing the boiled Nutella in a sieve.
  4. Now take a pan. Put 5-6 small tbsp of oil. Heat it. Put ginger garlic paste and now add onion paste. Add salt and red chilli as per your taste.
  5. When the paste becomes golden brown add boiled soya chunks and mix it properly until the mixture turns brown in colour. Now put the flame and add lemon and dried mango powder.
  6. Now make a roti and put this mixture in half of the portion and fold another half over it as shown.
  7. Enjoy this paratha. You will surely love it. I used here wheat flour but you can also use maida. It tastes yummy. Enjoy with curd, chutney or sauce.

Roll out one more dough into round shape, spread nutella,place another round dough on top and seal edges. Heat oil in frying pan and fry all stuff parathas.
