  8. Keep stirring till the purée begins to thicken. As it boils it will loose water. Ensure that it's on medium to low heat so that it does not burn.
  9. Once it thickens to your liking, switch off the stove and allow it to boil.
  10. Once it cools, keep it in a jar. You can either freeze for a period of a month or refrigerate for 10 days.
