  6. Once baked, allow them to cool a bit then enjoy.

Keep stirring continuously so as to roast the peanuts evenly all over. If you do not keep stirring the peanuts may cook more on one side or even get burnt marks. Place raw peanuts, in shell or shelled, one layer deep in a shallow baking pan. Groundnuts are mainly grown in western Kenya by small scale farmers both for food and sale. These areas have a tropical climate suitable for farming.
