  4. Allow to chill in fridge for 30 minute,crack one egg,deep inside
  5. Fry in a hot oil until golden brown

Using a tablespoon, scoop a little of the mixture at a time and mould into balls. Add more Italian bread crumbs if needed. Stir until the crab meat, eggs, seasoning, and bread crumbs are mixed together! Shape crab ball mixture into ping pong size balls. Roll balls in plain bread crumbs.
