  2. Apply the salted butter on the surface,put the meat in a preheated oven for,5min.Meanwhile,let the sauce thicken on medium fire.
  3. Serve the lamb ribs hot in a big dish.decorate With egg halves and almonds.pour a little sauce under the piece of meat.Enjoy!!!

Method Put the ribs into a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil on a high heat, then turn the heat down to medium until the ribs have cooked through. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and place fat-side up in the roasting pan. Place the lamb racks on a large tray or dish, and season well with salt and pepper on both sides.
