  4. Mold the minced using your hands to make patties and shape them using a cup considering the size of your buns.place them in the refrigerator for 30mins to make them intact avoiding them from falling off when cooking
  5. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise,ketchup,blackpepper,garlic chilli sauce and salt to prepare our special sauce
  6. After 30mins add small oil in a pan and place the patties till they are nicely done as you flip the sides.
  7. Toast the buns on the pan until they brown then arrange your burger to your preference.
  8. Serve your burger with your bhajias and enjoy.

Essentially it is thin potato slices dipped in a spiced and herbed flour coating which are then deep fried until crisp and golden. They are then served with a flavourful chutney, dip or sauce. Wash and sieve out as much of the peels as you can, they will mostly float to the top when you rub the grains. You might not be able to get out all the peels, but that's absolutely ok.
