For the phyllo dough crust: Layer sheets of phyllo onto the spinach mixture, brushing each sheet with melted butter before adding the next. Fold the edges to make a crust and brush with butter.   4. Lay the phyllo sheet into a large tray. Drizzle with butter and lay 2 more into it. Cut into 3 long sheets. Put 1tbsp of the mixture into the phyllo sheet and fold it into a triangle shape. Brush butter into it
  5. Heat the oven at 180 degree and cook for 25 mins until it’s golden

Stir the wilted spinach into the egg mixture, then grate in half the nutmeg and mix well. Now, evenly spread the spinach and feta filling over the phyllo (fillo) crust. Top with two more sheets, and brush with olive oil. Continue to layer the phyllo (fillo) sheets, two-at-a-time, brushing with olive oil, until you have used up all the sheets. Brush the very top layer with olive oil, and sprinkle with just a few drops of water.
